1. Shipping Policy
We ship exclusively within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage and Priority services. These options provide dependable delivery for our customers across the country. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and your destination, and they’re calculated automatically at checkout so you know exactly what to expect.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from our facility in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 3-5 days to most U.S. locations. However, delivery times may vary due to USPS scheduling, holidays, or unexpected events like severe weather.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress. While we strive for smooth deliveries, we are not responsible for shipping loss or delays caused by USPS. If an issue arises, we’ll provide the tracking information to assist you in resolving it with the carrier.
If an item in your order is out of stock at the time of purchase, we’ll refund you for that item within 2 business days. We’ll also send an email to the address you provided, notifying you when the item is back in stock so you can reorder if you’d like.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your DC Magnets purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. This ensures we can maintain the quality of our products for all customers.

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. For out-of-stock items, refunds are processed within 2 business days (see Shipping Policy above).
